Dianne Stevermer

Dianne Stevermer, 75, of Sacred Heart, passed away at Luther Haven Nursing Home on Monday, July 21, 2025. A funeral service will be held on Monday, July 28th at 1:00 pm at the Wing-Bain Funeral Home in Granite Falls. Visitation will be held one hour prior to services on Monday.

Dianne Renee Stevermer (Cole), born December 6, 1949, to Arvid and Katherine Cole of Wood Lake, MN, passed away on Monday, July 21, 2025, at the age of 75.

Dianne is a beloved wife to Guy Stevermer, cherished mother to Danielle (Ben) and Susan (Eddie), treasured grandmother to Jaden, Katherine, Ava, and Edward, and dear sister of Wesley (Janette).

Dianne, although retired at the time of her passing, worked for many years as a Home Health Aide for the Granite Falls Hospital. Prior to that, she was employed by the Advocate Tribune in Granite Falls, doing advertisement layouts.

Dianne had a passion for horses and enjoyed sewing, painting and sketching, and reading. She instilled a love of the outdoors in her children from an early age.

Perhaps the greatest loves in Dianne's life were her grandchildren. She was a devoted and loving grandmother, spending as much time as she could enjoying her grandchildren.

We are heartbroken by her loss and will forever cherish her memory, but are comforted by the knowledge that she is in the loving care of God, whom she honored all her life.

Dianne is survived by her husband, Guy; daughters, Danielle (Ben) and Susan (Eddie); grandchildren, Jaden, Katie, Ava, and Edward; and brother Wesley (Janette).

Dianne was preceded in death by her parents, Arvid and Katherine.
